Our Process

1)    Initial Call or Inquiry:

The journey begins with a simple yet crucial step: reaching out to Wight House Recovery. During this initial call or inquiry, we schedule a consultation or assessment. This step is essential to start the process of understanding the unique needs of each individual. By taking this first step, you are opening the door to personalised and compassionate care that lays the foundation for successful recovery.

2)    Consultation or Assessment:

In the consultation or assessment phase, we delve deeper into understanding the client's specific situation. We conduct a thorough evaluation to identify the most suitable level of care and determine program suitability. This comprehensive assessment is vital to ensure that each individual receives tailored support, addressing their unique challenges and setting the stage for effective treatment.

3)    Program Onboarding or Referral:

Based on the assessment, we make informed decisions about the next steps. We only onboard clients we feel are suitable for our program, ensuring that we remain within our scope of practice and provide the best possible care. For those suitable for our program, we proceed with onboarding, ensuring a smooth and supportive transition into our tailored addiction treatment program. If required, we provide appropriate referrals to ensure the client receives the level of care they need.

4)    Tailored Treatment and Family Support:

Once onboarded, clients begin their individualized addiction treatment program, designed to address their specific needs and challenges. Simultaneously, families, if requested, set up weekly counselling and guidance sessions. This dual approach ensures that both clients and their loved ones receive the support they need, fostering a holistic recovery environment. Our tailored treatment plans and family support systems are essential for achieving long-lasting recovery and rebuilding healthy, supportive relationships.
